- Description: Manuscript labelled 'Proceedings upon Merchants' Petitions, and other affairs of the Navy Anno 1692 1693 1707'. It contains summaries regarding various proceedings in the House of Commons regarding merchants and the Royal Navy, 1692-3 and 1707-8. These are recorded more fully in the Journals of the House of Commons. It also summarises the Merchants' Petition which was presented to the House of Lords on 19 Nov 1707.
