- Acquisition: Transferred to the Parliamentary Archives in 2009 when the Judicial Office ceased to exist and all judicial activities moved to the UK Supreme Court.
- Description: Mixed file regarding the Supreme Court Implementation programme. This programme was led by the Department for Constitutional Affairs but the Judicial Office, Committee Office and Clerk of the Parliaments office were all consulted and their correspondence with the programme board is included, alongside the programme's implementation plan.

- Access Conditions: Most files are closed for 30 years at point of transfer. Any requests to see these files will be considered in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This file was reviewed following a request in May 2022 for material relating to decoration or design of courts. A small amount of material was found and released. The remainder of the file remains closed.
