- Description: Correspondence regarding the House of Lords practice of not publishing transcripts of Appellate Committee proceedings. This issue was raised in the House of Commons by Robin Maxwell-Hyslop MP who asked why the Appellate Committee was the only committee in Parliament to not publish a transcript. Extracts from Hansard are included and are attached to a letter from the Lord Chancellor in response to Robin Maxwell-Hyslop MP.
