- Acquisition: Transferred to the Parliamentary Archives in 2009 when the Judicial Office ceased to exist and all judicial activities moved to the UK Supreme Court.
- Description: Notes regarding the change of role for the Judicial Office following the devolution of budget-holding responsibility to Heads of Offices and the decision to relocate the Accountant's Office. The Judicial Office took on the responsibility for receiving judicial fees, taxation fees and charges for the Law Lords opinions. Initially the Security Fund account was excluded, however it was agreed that the Judicial Office should take on this task in Nov 1994. The file contains templates for requesting charges and correspondence regarding security fund interest.
