- Description: File contains correspondence to the Clerk of Parliaments from a solicitor who appeared before the Law Lords and was then not allowed to lunch in the Counsel's Dining Room. This prompted the discussion and eventual decision to allow other legal parties into the Counsel's Dining Room during the lunch hour. File also contains correspondence regarding the arrangements and change to housemaid's wages due to excess washing up in the Counsel's Dining Room.
