Ordered to be printed 1 May 1789 to 20 April 1792 and delivered at conference 3 May 1792 consisting of: 1. Twenty accounts (one account in Large Parchments). Extracts of Journals of surgeons (2 papers). 3. Five papers ordered to be printed 29 January 1790 and numbered "19 to 23". 4. Papers respecting the free Negroes sent to Africa. 5. Papers received since the date of the Report of the Committee for Trade, on the subject of the Trade to Africa, and particularly the Trade in slaves. 6. Copies of several acts for the regulation of Slaves passed in the West Indies Islands.
