- Physical Description: The tracings are very fragile, but they have been conserved and individually encapsulated. BIR/36 are fragments of others, which are not easily identifiable and are not fit for production.
- Copies Exist: There are photographic copies of the majority (though not all) of these drawings, also held in the Parliamentary Archives. (Please see BIR/35) Whether a copy of the drawing exists or not is noted on each individual catalogue entry as appropriate.
